why is everyone so impressed with this guy? There are a lot of people out
there that probably work harder everyday and are better in every way. The
reason he’s making so much more money than everyone else is because of the
high end market he is in and the connections that came along with his
previous job. Almost all of his success has branched from him simply being
born into an affluent family. A lot of people don’t even come close to
having the advantages that have so easily fell upon this guy so don’t go
putting this guy up on a giant pedestol as someone you strive to be like,
look up to someone who came from nothing and worked their ass off everyday
to be successful.

Chris has nailed it. Sounds simple to say “integrity,” or “ethics” or
“hard work.” But, it is sad, as an agent myself, how much of a stretch
that is for so many. If I were not an agent, I would love to have Chris
represent me.

This guy smells shark all over. His connections since the get-go gave him
the advantage. The only good thing is that he put effort in it to keep it.
But the simple truth would reveal his unfair advantage at beginning.
Practice what you preach. Having your own property in Malibu is a
significant advantage. Simple as it.
