The moment augmentations reach this level, i’m DEFINITELY getting some work
done
That football guy kinda sounds like Thane Krios.
Warning: huge comment below, read at your own risk and feel free to discuss!
Note: Discussing is not arguing.
About the possible future of these types of augmentations in our world, I
can’t see people at this time willingly sacrificing their own functioning
body parts for mechanical ones. Some people would be willing but most will
stay away from that. However, people that lose limbs and body parts due to
accidents would benefit greatly from these kinds of technological
advancements which are actually already taking place. We’re getting closer
to what the world of Deus Ex has. The man with the eyes that take
pictures, Google Glass already does something similar. Ocular
augmentations will likely be some of the first, next to replacement limbs.
After that, then we will start to see the chips going in that increase
intelligence, reflexes, and other skills. That’s if this technology is
pursued by the people that can make it happen. Personally, I’d never have
anything taken off of me that was perfectly functional. If, God forbid, my
arm or leg was ever torn off, I’d have no problem with getting a mechanical
one. This kind of stuff just fascinates me though. With today’s growing
interest in mobility, it’s not unlikely that we’ll end up implanting things
into our bodies. Cell phones are becoming watches, computers are turning
into tablets, glasses are now able to record video and project images onto
our retinas. They’re external, for now. This also brings up the question
of the Christian faith’s mark of the beast. Some call it primitive but a
great number of people believe, myself included. I don’t think that
something like this would be the mark, though computer chips implanted into
the brain may very well be associated with it or at the very least be a
tool used to control those marked. Any thoughts?
This commercial was a mistake! LOL
This is totally a illuminati story the guy with the augumented eyes said he

Back to the limb clinic Adam!
This might not be real, but we are not very far from the reality of it all.
The technology we have today has far surpassed that of our wildest of
dreams. Just wait till a bit more advancement in biotechnology and we all
will see it happen.
