  4. Ways to enter market: Own production plants and selling outlets,
    Import&sales, strategic alliances, strategic partnership, joint venture,
    licensing, franchising, merges and acquisitions. Trademark and copyright
    are rather intellectual property securities to protect company’s
    identity&competitive advantage.

  5. As far as priority concern is Foreign country’s barriers such are Laws and
    Regulations, Culture, language, local partners. Come second are
    Infrastructure, Corruption and Pricing.

  8. Very useful lecture. I have things that i cant remember since i was
    lectured long ago. There are 5 ways to enter market; Franchise, Trademark,
    Copyright, Joint venture and last thing which i cant remember what i called
    but i know how its worked. Plz feel free to correct me sir! have a good day!
